If your 7v666 account gets locked, don't panic — this is usually a temporary security measure. There are several common reasons an account may be locked: multiple incorrect password attempts, suspicious login activity, incomplete KYC verification, suspected multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or Terms violations. First, check your email for any notification from 7v666 explaining why the account was locked. If it was locked due to incorrect password attempts, wait 30 minutes, then use the Password Reset option to set a new password — a reset link will be sent to your registered email. If the lock is due to incomplete KYC, go to My Account > Verification and upload the required documents: your national ID, proof of address, and a selfie. Once verification is complete, your account will be unlocked within 24 hours. If your account has been suspended for security reasons, contact 7v666 customer support directly — reach out via Live Chat or email [email protected], and explain your situation. Provide your username or registered email, the time the account was locked, and any error messages you received. The support team will review your account and inform you of the reason for the lock. If it was a misunderstanding or a technical issue, it will be resolved quickly. If the lock is due to a Terms violation, you may need to complete an additional verification process and will receive a warning. In serious cases, the account may be permanently banned. To avoid future account locks: never share your login credentials with others, avoid using VPNs or proxies, do not create multiple accounts, follow 7v666's Terms and Conditions, and update your password regularly. If you are travelling or logging in from a new device, notify 7v666 support in advance to prevent your activity from being flagged as suspicious.
